Just like most alchemists of history, an insatiable passion drives us to uncover this elixir, in our case, the perfect wine. Our wines pay homage to these individuals who sacrificed even their lives to find the most intriguing truths of nature. In their quest for this elixir, they believed in the power of transmutation, the elusive transformation of metals into gold.
However, as we’ve come to understand, nothing in this world is as simple. If you seek for gold you must use gold. In the world of wine if you want a perfect wine, you must have the perfect grapes.
Each bottle we craft serves as a timeless capsule, capturing a moment in time, a symphony of flavors and aromas to be preserved for future enjoyment. Locking time within a wine bottle, an almost eternal legacy.

Patricio’s fascination with alchemy began in his youth and eventually found its true expression through winemaking. Wine changes through countless natural reactions, shaped by the elements that define great vineyards: Earth (soil), Air (climate), Fire (sun), and Water (rain). Learning to balance these forces is what turns grapes into something extraordinary.
For Patricio, winemaking is more than technique—it’s the meeting point of nature, science, and artistry. Each vintage is approached with precision and intention, honoring terroir and time to craft wines that feel elevated, soulful, and complete.
